Rock River Reaches Flood Stage At Quad Cities--Wapsi Crests At DeWitt

(Moline, IL) -- Residents along the Rock and Wapsi rivers in the Quad Cities area are keeping an eye on both waterways today.

The Rock River hit 12-foot flood stage at Moline this morning (4/4), and will crest at almost 14-feet on Saturday morning.

The Rock is expected to crest at 15.4-feet at Joslin Saturday afternoon.

The Wapsipinicon River crested at 10.6 at DeWitt early this morning, and will drop below flood stage overnight tonight.
