(Colo, IA) -- Two people have been charged in a Colo stabbing that resulted in serious injuries.

Story County Police say they received a call around 2:45 a.m. Friday, February 2, from 33-year-old David Straw who told police he had been stabbed at The Colo Bar.

Police say 30-year old Trevor Fitz and 22-year old Colin Hall followed Straw outside of the bar after making threatening comments and acting aggressively, before attacking and stabbing him.

Straw later called 911 from his home once he saw how bad his injuries were.

Fitz and Hall are currently in the Story County Jail.
