(Cedar Falls, IA) -- A man is in the hospital after falling through the ice at Prairie Lake Park.
The Cedar Falls Public Safety responded to reports of a person who fell through the ice around 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 7th at 1600 W. Viking Road, when a bystander called the police after hearing the fisherman crying for help.
He was quickly saved by fire crews and was sent to the hospital.
