(Moline, IL) -- Warm temperatures are resulting in rising waters on area rivers. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Rock River in Moline. Ice jams near Joslin could affect residents down river in the Quad Cities.

Matt Wilson, Senior Hydrologist with the National Weather Service says at this point nuisance flooding is expected, but that could change if ice jams up in the river. He says they'll be keeping an eye on river levels for the next three to five days until the ice moves down river to the Mississippi.
