(Undated) -- Winterset Police say a green Ford Taurus believed to be that of Joshua Graham Caskey has been spotted in Missouri and Oklahoma. Caskey's been missing since January 18th, when police responded to his home after an incomplete 911 call. Neighbors told officers the vehicle left the area before police arrived.
