(Iowa City, IA) -- An Iowa City man is sentenced to 120 months in federal prison.
43 year-old Sanchez Watson was sentenced on January 18th after police say he was identified as being involved in a reported incident of a man waving a gun and threatening people at an apartment complex in Iowa City. Police say Watson left the scene in a car and was later confirmed to be the driver. Police pulled his vehicle over, and Watson tried to escape on foot.
He's been convicted of being a felon in possession of ammunition.
