(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Community School District announces its 2024-25 District School Calendar.
The first day of classes will be August 23rd with early dismissal, and the last day will be June 3rd with early dismissal
Weather makeup days from June 4th to the 11th.
The district will take all full day closures and make them up at the end of the school year in June.
The district will not make up late starts and early release times unless there are more than 15.5 hours of missed instruction.
