(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A swearing-in ceremony welcomes four new members to the Cedar Rapids City Council.
Hosted Tuesday at City Hall by the City of Cedar Rapids, the council welcomed At Large Representative Ann Poe, District 2 Representative Scott Overland, District 4 Representative Scott Olson, and At Large Representative David Maier.
All four new members will serve a four-year term.
