The Meteorologists at the Omaha National Weather Service Office in Valley say the coldest temperatures of the season to this point are forecast to arrive with 2024 on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
They say lows on New Year's Eve will fall to the single digits to mid teens.
The highs on New Year's Day will only reach the mid to upper 20s.
