(Davenport, IA) -- Henry Dinkins is being ordered to pay just under eight-thousand-dollars in restitution to Aisha Lankford, the mother of Breasia Terrell.
A Scott County court accepted the state's request for Dinkins to cover lost wages, travel, and funeral expenses borne by Lankford.
Dinkins is serving two consecutive life sentences for the kidnapping and murder of ten-year-old Breasia Terrell in the summer of 2020.
