(Des Moines, IA) -- Four Iowa nursing homes have been added to a federal list of the worst care facilities in the country.

Harmony in West Des Moines, and Ivy in Davenport, along with facilities in Sergeant Bluff, and Sioux City join six other state facilities already on the list including Genesis Senior Living in Des Moines, and Iowa City Rehab.

The Medicare-Medicaid list cites nursing homes that have recurring quality-of-care problems.

Aspire of Gowrie, and Arbor Court in Mount Pleasant are already under government oversight for their violations.
