Police are in the early stages of investigating a homicide at a hotel in south central Omaha.
Police say officers went to the "Comfort Inn and Suites" at 70th and Grover Streets north of I-80 around 5:30 Monday morning on a call of a shooting and found a woman who was wounded in a hallway.
Investigators say she later died at a hospital.
