(Delaware County, IA) -- Human remains have been found near Manchester. The Delaware county Iowa Sheriff's Office says pheasant hunters found the remains November 5th. The remains were in a field about a mile south of Brian Burns' home at 1381 180th Street.
The 55-year-old Burns was last seen on December 23, 2013. The remains have been taken to the Iowa State Medical Examiner's Office.
