Lawsuits Piling On For Partial Collapse Davenport Building

(Davenport, IA) -- Family members of two people, who died from the partial building collapse, are suing building owner Andrew Wold and his firms.

The families of Daniel Prien and Ryan Hitchcock filed the lawsuit on November 15th after they were killed on May 28th at 324 Main Street.

Both suits have eleven claims for relief and want a trial by jury.

That is now seven total lawsuits filed for the incident.
