(Davenport, IA) -- A Quad Cities holiday tradition kicks off tomorrow. The Quad City Arts Festival of Trees opens with the Helium Balloon Parade in downtown Davenport at 10am. Decorated trees and wreaths will be on display, and up for auction at the River Center starting at 9am through November 26th. All proceeds fund the Quad City Arts programming.
