Iowa Gas Prices Down to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are down to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.20 a gallon, a drop of 10 cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.13
  • Ames: $3.22
  • Iowa City: $3.32
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.22
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.15
  • Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.20
  • Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.70
  • Dubuque: $3.40
  • Sioux City: $3.19
  • Council Bluffs: $3.23

The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.49.
