Omaha Fire Investigators say defective equipment causes a fire at "International Paper," 75th and "F" Streets.
On site employees said a forklift caught fire inside the building Wednesday evening.
On arrival, Omaha Firefighters noticed smoke within the area, investigated, and found a fire.
A second alarm was brought in, and the fire was quickly brought under control.
No injuries reported;
