(Dubuque, IA) -- Four people are hurt after a partial building collapse in Dubuque.
Investigators say firefighters responded to reports of a person hurt at a construction site around 12:45pm Wednesday. When crews arrived, they found two people with serious injuries and two others with minor injuries. The partially collapsed building is located at 3315 JFK Road.
The cause of the collapse is still under investigation.
