An arrest warrant is issued for a Omaha surgeon accused in the death of a South Dakota woman in a high speed traffic crash.
On September First, Omaha Police Accident Investigators say 61-year-old Mark Carlson was going 106 miles per hour on Dodge Street near 62nd Street when he hit a light pole and crashed into another car head-on .
22-year-old Anna Bosma was behind the wheel of that car with her boyfriend a passenger.
She died at the scene.
Her boyfriend and Carlson were hospitalized.
Carlson, a surgeon and professor at UNMC, now arranges to surrender to law enforcement.
