(Johnston, IA) -- The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will host a workshop on kayak fishing next week in Johnston.
The DNR will host the workshop on Tuesday, August 15th from 6pm-8:30pm at the Terra Lake boat ramp. The workshop will include information on basic kayak fishing skills for beginners, as well as fishing regulations, fishing tackle, casting techniques, and more.
Registration is required and can be done on the city of Johnston's website.
