(Undated) -- Iowa is one of the best states to have a baby in. That's according to the latest study by WalletHub, which ranks Iowa 7th overall and behind only Minnesota (2nd) and North Dakota (5th) in the Midwest. Neighboring Nebraska ranks 20th overall while Illinois ranks 21st. WalletHub says the best state to have a baby in is Massachusetts and the worst is Mississippi.
