(Des Moines, IA) -- A state agency says there is no proof that any University of Iowa or Iowa State University games were affected by gambling. The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission said in a statement Thursday that they worked with other betting integrity agencies during a thorough review of wagers on Hawkeye and Cyclone games related to an ongoing gambling investigation. They said there is no information that would call into question the integrity of those games. Seven current and former Hawkeye and Cyclone student-athletes have been charged with tampering in a gambling investigation.
