Iowa Gas Prices Down to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are down to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.29 a gallon, down eight cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.20
  • Ames: $3:36
  • Iowa City: $3.38
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.30
  • Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.24
  • Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.71
  • Dubuque: $3.50
  • Council Bluffs: $3.20
  • Sioux City: $3.35
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.33

The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.57 a gallon.
