U.S. Senator Grassley Pressures FBI To Release Document

(Undated) -- U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa is pressuring the FBI about an unclassified document, related to a whistleblower's claim that then Vice-President Joe Biden was involved in a bribery scheme.

"The Biden Justice Department and FBI must explain to Congress and the American people what, if anything, they've done with this information."

Grassley made the comment on the Senate floor Tuesday.

The FBI this week allowed leaders of the House Oversight Committee to look at the document, but did not release it to them.

House Committee Chairman James Comer says he'll move forward to hold FBI director Chris Wray in Contempt of Congress.

Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin, who is also on the Oversight Committee, says the claim is hearsay, and related to disproven conspiracy theories.
