(Ames, IA) -- The Ames Animal Shelter offering discounts on cat adoptions early in recognition of its June Adopt a Cat Month.
Because of an abundance, all adult cats six months and older will be $25 and all kittens 5 months and under will be $100 each, or a 2-for-1 kitten adoption for $100.
The adoption special starts today and continues through the end of June.
The adoption fees include an exam, spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, a starter kit with food and toys, microchipping, and more.
