(Ames, IA) -- Scattered severe storms are possible Saturday across a portion of Northern, Central, and Eastern Iowa including the Ames region.
The main threats are large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rain is also possible, and may cause flooding.
