(East Moline, IL) -- East Moline police are investigating a shooting at the Blackhawk Hills Apartments.
Police say they found a male victim at the apartment complex Sunday afternoon. He's being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Several shell casings were found in the parking lot, and a vehicle had been hit by bullets.
