(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- One person is hurt after a head-on crash in Cedar Rapids Thursday.
The Linn County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to reports of the crash a little after 11:30am on Mount Vernon Road near Memory Lane. Investigators say 38 year-old Shannon Brown was driving in the westbound lane when he drifted into the eastbound lane and hit another vehicle head-on.
Brown was taken to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries and faces multiple charges related to the crash.
