(Grimes, IA) -- The City of Grimes has a snow ordinance in effect.
The ordinance will last until 6am on Friday, March 10th. Until the ordinance expires, parking is not permitted on city streets. Those who do park on city streets may be issued a $50 ticket. Snow plows will be working to clear roadways during the snow ordinance.
