(Iowa) -- Judge David May is Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' latest appointment to the Iowa Supreme Court.
May has served on the Iowa Court of Appeals since 2019. He will replace Justice Brent Appel, who retired earlier this month. May is Governor Reynolds' fifth appointment to the Iowa Supreme Court. May received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri. He also holds a masters degree in public health from the University of Oklahoma and received his law degree from Drake University in Des Moines.
