(Des Moines, IA) -- The Iowa Senate has passed a bill that would raise how many kids caregivers can take care of at one time. The bills would change the ratio so 1 worker at a childcare center can oversee up to 10 three-year-old's. It would also make it so 1 caregiver could oversee up to 7 two-year-old's. The bill now goes to the House after Monday's vote.
