VINCENT, Iowa - Two people are dead in what police say was a murder-suicide in northern Iowa over the weekend.
Webster County deputies found the body of 69-year-old Allen Will and 67-year-old Karen Will while conducting a welfare check at a residence in the town of Vincent.
Investigators determined the female victim died of a gunshot wound and the male died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Both bodies are being transported to the Iowa State Medical Examiner's office for autopsies.
Deputies say the shooting appears to be an isolated incident and there is no known threat to the community..
