(Des Moines, IA) -- The Iowa State Fair is launching a series of online classes this fall, including butter sculpting. State Fair butter sculptor Sarah Pratt will share methods and tips about creating temporary art, such as the famed butter cow. Class size is limited 30, and there's a $10 fee for the class. The deadline to register is October 22nd.
The State Fair's also hosting a floral class just before Thanksgiving and a how-to class about chunky knit blankets in December. Williamson says they're also planning a kids' cooking class in January.
The first class will be offered on Saturday, October 24, 2020, at 10 a.m.
