Two Injured in Overnight Shooting in Des Moines' Waterbury Neighborhood

DES MOINES, Iowa – Two people were injured by gunfire early Wednesday morning during an argument in Des Moines' Waterbury neighborhood.

It happened in an apartment in the 4900 block of Ingersoll Avenue around 3:00 a.m., but the suspects were arrested in the 2400 block of Ingersoll after fleeing the scene .

One suspect was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. The other suspect, 22-year-old Fuad Dualle, is in the Polk County Jail after a gun was found in the vehicle. He's charged with reckless use of a firearm, possession of a weapon as a felon, carrying weapons, and possession of a controlled substance. Dualle is being held on an $8,000 bond

.Police say another man, who could have been involved in the shooting, went to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Officers say the target in the shooting is not known because no one is cooperating.
