An arrest has been made in a Cedar Rapids shooting that left a 33 year old woman brain dead.
Police say 24 year old Zackary Ildefonso was arrested without incident and charged with her murder.
He's facing several other charges, as well and is in the Linn County jail.
Heidi Stephens, was declared brain dead on Wednesday, and her family is keeping her on life support so her organs can save other lives.
