4 Johnston teens arrested for Felony Sexual Assault of boy

JOHNSTON, IA - Four teenagers were arrested at Johnston High School Thursday, accused of sexually abusing a 15-year old boy.

Johnston Police Lt. Tyler Tompkins says the assault happened the evening of September 8th at a Johnston home in the 88 hundred block of Highland Oaks Drive.

18 year old Morgan Hough and a 17 year-old-are in the Polk County Jail and will be tried in adult court.  

The other two 15-year-old teens will stay in juvenile court.  

All four are charged with Felony level crimes:  First Degree Robbery, Second Degree Sexual Abuse, and Felony Assault.     Jail photo of Morgan Hough at right.

A Polk County judge has already issued a no-contact order for the 17 year old, prohibiting him from being on Johnston school property or in the presence of anyone under age 17.  Bond was set at 60 thousand dollars for the 17 year old.  

The bond hearing for Hough will likely be Friday.
