Wes Snook, Ankeny Hy-Vee Store Director and Chef Andrew, also of the Ankeny Hy-Vee, joined us in the studio this morning just after the 8:30 news.  We also had Bob Sykes, skipper of the Trident ship Bountiful, on the air with us by telephone.  You can see a picture of the ship below.  Bob explained how the King Crab Legs were caught and shipped direct to Hy-Vee.  Chef Andrew talked about how to make clarified butter in which to dip the Crab.  All of the Hy-Vees have the instructions.  Pick up your fresh Crab now at your Hy-Vee store!  It's fabulous!
