Alissa McKinney, Director of Development for Blank Childrens Hospital, and Julie Pedico, Supervisor of Child Life for Blank Childrens Hospital joined us in the studio this morning just after the 8:30 news.  There are over 60 trees this year in the Festival of Trees & Lights.  The event this year is at the Veteran's Memorial Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center November 21st thru November 25th.  The hours on Wed, Fri and Sat. are 11AM-7PM.  Thursday is open 1-7PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM.  Discounted tickets are available thru Des Moines area Hy-Vee & Dahls thru Tuesday.  You can find more information at www.festivaloftrees.com.
