Aren't the Holidays great?   Kevin Vinchattle and Lois White of the Iowa Egg Council joined us in the studio just after the 7:30 news.  They whipped up some wonderful recipes...crab filled deviled eggs, a sausage and apple stuffing and toffee pumpkin tart!  These are just three of their special holiday recipes available at www.iowaegg.org.  Just click on the egg with the santa cap for all of their special holiday recipes!

Then, after the 8:30 news, Miriam Erickson and Kim Peter of Anderson Erickson joined us in the studio.  They brought their famous eggnog and some fabulous eggnog cupcakes!  You can find that recipe by going to www.ae.com/recipes.  Then click on "eggnog" and you'll find all the great recipes using eggnog.
