Segment 1 - The conglomerate discount and why it sends all the wrong signals to people.

Segment 2 - The Illinois House has approved a hike in the tobacco tax, and it'll probably get through the senate there as well. It's not necessarily a bad idea to raise taxes on things like cigarettes in order to discourage people from using them, but they need to be extremely careful that they don't give criminals an opportunity to make money by bootlegging.

Segment 3 - Counterfeit parts are showing up in US military aircraft

Segment 4 - The words on the government's Homeland Security Internet watchlist. Also, Google's planning to warn people if their computers are infected with a particular Trojan horse that's going around.
