Jim Lobaito's Bio
Jim has spent his entire professional career in sales, sales management and
senior leadership roles. He started selling at age 19. Throughout
his career, he has pursued and perfected how to identify top sales talent, the
development of salespeople and discovering how to create a winning sales
culture. These pursuits have resulted in Jim developing sales teams that
were not only the largest revenue producers in their market but also possessing
the most competent salespeople.
In 2000, Jim founded the
Performance Group. Which is a sales development company located in
Urbandale, Iowa. They offer an integrated approach to systematically growing
sales by improving the people, systems and strategies that impact sales.
Jim is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a featured speaker
at national sales conferences as well as having articles published in national
magazines. He is known for his ability to take what appears to be complex issues
around sales, marketing, and personnel performance, and give easily executable
solutions, that are real world.
Jim's experience has led him to develop the BizTalk Radio Show which features
not only his insights for growing companies but interviews with industry leaders
on the same subject."
