Cedar Rapids Starts Day With Unseasonably Cold Temps

This morning's low temperature of 1-degree in the Corridor was unseasonably cold for November, but not record-breaking. National Weather Service Meteorologist Justin Schulz says the record low for this date is 7-below zero.

Despite temps rising to the 20s today, wind chills will still make it feel below zero.

He says we can expect highs back in the 40s by tomorrow.
