(Davenport, IA) -- After failing to retrieve its liquor license, Gilly's Corner Tap in Davenport will close down.
The owner, Alicia Goossens, announced she will shut down her bar after attempts to reclaim its liquor license.
The city held Gilly's Corner Tap responsible after a shooting left one person dead back in January.
She says she wished the city aided her more during the process.
Gilly's Corner Tap's last day will be on November 18th.
