(Ames, IA) -- Things not go as planned for a sale today of pieces of the ISU basketball court. An online sale started at 10 o'clock this (Monday) morning but due to a heavy volume of orders, there were problems with the payment processing. I-S-U had to shut-down the sale and will reopen it at a later date. I-S-U says some orders did go thru and other orders will be processed manually. Officials handling the sale also say there are still pieces of the court available.

Customers who failed to get a confirmation email for their purchase are asked to email suplus@iastate.edu.

The ISU Athletic Department says about 100 orders went thru, and there are about 4,000 pieces of the basketball court available for purchase.

The office says it is possible the sale may re-start later this week or early next week.
