(Eagle, NE) -- An attempted kidnapping is under investigation in Cass County. The Cass CountySheriff's Office says a man tried to get a 9-year-old girl to get in his car and help him look for his dog in Eagle around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. This all happened near the parking area for a public pool. The sheriff's office says the girl ran away and is safe. The suspect is described as a bald, older white man.
