(Omaha, NE) -- The coronavirus vaccine is no longer a requirement to work or be a student at University of Nebraska Medical Center. UNMC made the decision today, saying it still strongly encourages employees and students to get the coronavirus and flu vaccines. Employees and students will also still be asked to document their vaccination status. UNMC’s primary clinical partner, Nebraska Medicine, ended its vaccine requirements last week.
