Gas Prices Could Be Leveling Off In Iowa

(Des Moines, IA) -- Following several days of gas prices increases, AAA says gas prices in Iowa have actually edged back downward.

The latest average price listed for a gallon of regular unleaded is about $3.60 in Iowa.

That's actually down about a penny from Sunday, but it's still up 23 cents from just one month ago.

In Des Moines, you're paying an average $3.63 per gallon of gas.

Prices in Iowa appear more expensive the further north and east you go.
