DCSO looks to identify onlookers who helped pull motorcyclist from crash

(Omaha, NE) -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a group of onlookers who helped pull a motorcyclist from a crash.

Thursday afternoon, a motorcyclist was involved in a crash near 24th and Cuming and pinned under a vehicle. DCSO dashcam footage posted to Facebook shows a group of people helping lift the car off of the motorcyclist. The sheriff's office is now asking for the public to help identify the people seen in the video in order to thank them. "If you know who any of these individuals are so that we can tell them thank you for their bravery we would appreciate it. They could have saved this man’s life," the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook.

Anyone who recognizes the people in the video are asked to call the sheriff's office at 402-444-3577.
