Omaha Man Accused Of Shooting Women, Stealing Daughter Held On $10M Bond

(Omaha, NE) -- The Omaha man accused of shooting two women and kidnapping his two-year-old daughter is being held on $10-million bond. This morning 48-year-old Daryl Johnson was formally charged with two counts of 1st-degree assault, child abuse, and multiple weapons counts. Police say he went to a home near 36th and Parker Street Sunday morning, shot two women, and left with his daughter. Johnson was found near 35th and California later that day and arrested. His daughter was found safe near 94th and Blair High Road.
