(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Police are releasing the name of a teen who died after a shooting this week. Police say 17-year-old Christian Upah, of Marion died after a shooting on May 10th. Police say callers to 911 reported a disturbance and one gunshot after 10 p.m. that night. Officers found Upah with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was treated on scene and transported to a local hospital where he later died.
Investigators are asking for witnesses to come forward and for anyone with video of the area at that time and place to contact CRPD at 319-286-5491.
